Monthly Deviation Reports
Using Noise and Operations Monitoring System (NOMS), the DOA identifies the reason why aircrafts use Runway 13/31R (Parallel to Lemmon) as an effort to monitor deviations of runway operation during preferential hours. The categories considered are Pilot Requests, Runway Availability, FAA Assigned, and Weight. The report does not account for helicopters, weather, or emergency status.
